Request Account Deletion

Recall Reader users can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Data is Deleted?

  • Account Information: Your email address and authentication records stored in our database.
  • Subscription Data: We will disassociate your subscription status from our records, though payment history may be retained by Google Play or RevenueCat as per their policies.

Note: Reading progress, bookmarks, and highlights are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove this local data immediately. If you enabled Cloud Sync (Pro), your cloud backups will also be deleted as part of this process.

Retention Period

Once we receive your deletion request, your account data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
